If it’s space you’re looking for, it’s space you’ll get in this 5-room flat. There are 3 spacious bedrooms perfect for a family with two kids or four — you can always add two single beds or a double-decker in one room and still have enough space for cabinets and desks.

You’ve also got 80 years left on the lease, so there’s a high chance for you to capitalise on the future growth of this area: one thing you can look forward to is the school that’s planned to be developed on the plot of land that’s facing Block 690A. Whether it’s a primary, secondary, or tertiary institution, you’ll be sure to get buyers’ attention.
This flat is also a corner unit, with a squarish and spacious layout, which means all bedrooms, including the kitchen and toilets, are evenly spaced. Each room looks spacious enough for a good-sized bed and even a desk — it’s important to include desk space in your rooms as remote work culture becomes more prevalent in today’s society.

Here’s another corner unit with a square layout that we love because, as mentioned above, each area of the home gets so much space. The mirrored wall in the living/dining area enlarges the space even further.
The living/dining area is also big enough for you to host your friends and family at any time, even the kitchen/utility area is also large enough for at least two cooks to move effortlessly within the space. We want to highlight the top and bottom built-in cabinets here, a smart addition that maximises the space and makes it more practical for homeowners. So if you like spending time in the kitchen, you’ll be at home here.
In terms of accessibility to amenities, Woodgrove Primary School is only a 6-min walk away from the flat, and Woodlands Primary School is 10 minutes away on foot. Vista Point, a neighbourhood shopping centre, is about a 5-min walk away from home.
