A property agent can also offer deeper insights into market trends and help you strategise the best timeline for a seamless relocation process.

    To sell your private property, start by making sure it’s in great condition with minor repairs and decluttering. Hiring a property agent can be very helpful as they can assist with pricing, marketing, and negotiations. To set the right price, conduct research on the recent transactions of similar properties in your area. List your property on popular property portals like Ohmyhome, HDB, PropertyGuru, 99.co, and SRX to attract buyers. Schedule and conduct viewings, evaluate offers, and negotiate the best price with buyers. Ideally, you should sell your property after 3 years to avoid incurring Seller’s Stamp Duty (SSD).
