Singapore Work Pass Requirements
To be eligible for any type of Singapore work pass, all employees must:
- hold a valid passport;
- be at least 18 years of age;
- be qualified for the role (with supporting documents from accredited institutions)

Steps When Applying For Employment Pass
There are four steps to go through when applying for a work pass. The whole process would take approximately three to eight weeks.

Result: Employer / EA will receive an In-principle Approval (IPA) letter. |
