The one million sq ft space will comprise a 30-storey office block, a residential tower with more than 200 units and a range of public spaces.

Recent developments in the area include integrated projects Duo as well as South Beach. The 42-year-old Shaw Tower (estimated date of completion is first half of 2023), next to Midtown, is being redeveloped and expanded from 260,000 sq ft to 400,000 sq ft, into a 35-storey Grade A office and retail building.

Kampong Bugis, the site of the former Kallang Gasworks plant, which borders the prime waterfront along the Kallang Basin will be transformed into a car-lite waterfront community with 4,000 homes by 2030.

Healthcare

Mount Elizabeth Hospital (eight minutes), KK Women’s and Children’s Hospital (12 minutes), Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital (13 minutes) and Farrer Park Hospital (14 minutes) are the closest healthcare institutions, which you can reach within minutes by car.

Education
