Automation, machine learning, data intelligence, and regional expansion were just some of the key takeaways from our Vision 2020 event. The four-hour company-wide session was spearheaded by our co-founders CEO Rhonda Wong and CPO Race Wong. Leaders from 19 teams presented to 72 team members across Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines about their biggest accomplishments (and setbacks) in 2019 and goals for 2020.
Vision 2020 is akin to the start of a race that has been three years in the making. This helps to align all our team members towards the same goal, as we continue to strive for excellence in our respective roles in striving to become the world’s leading proptech ecosystem.

We have officially launched in Malaysia! Home sellers, buyers, and landlords can now experience simple, fast and reliable property agent services.
2. Mobile App Launched in Malaysia
Residents of Malaysia in all 13 states can now download Ohmyhome to DIY their housing transactions, free of charge. Homeowners in Singapore can also transact their properties in Malaysia with ease, making Ohmyhome the first cross-border property transaction platform.

8. High Employee Retention Rate
Ohmyhome has expanded from 22 headcounts in 2016 to 72 passionate professionals today! Our retention rate stands at a high 86% as compared to Singapore’s market average of 54%. 9. Our Property Agents Ranked Among Singapore’s Top 10
Four of our agents were ranked among the top 10 agents in Singapore! Derived from CEA data, this ranking is based on the number of HDB resale transactions from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2019.
Over a 12-month period, each of our in-house property agents has transacted up to 45 HDB resale flats!
