During the week of the 13th of January, Sherene Chin, an estate agent for Ohmyhome successfully rented out a unit at Uptown Residences in Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya.
The freehold unit commands a built-up of 1,967 sq ft with 3+1 bedrooms, three bathrooms, and two carparks. The unit comes fully furnished and fully renovated with one wet kitchen and one dry kitchen.

According to Sherene, who concluded the rental deal, the owner rented the unit for investment purposes after considering a rental yield of 5% per annum.
