There has not been a BTO launch in Jurong East for a hot minute, so the 1,070-unit project in Teban Gardens is certainly one to watch.

This Jurong East BTO project is next to the Pandan Reservoir MRT station on the upcoming Jurong Region Line (JRL), which is expected to be completed sometime in 2029. In the best-case scenario, this will coincide with this BTO project’s completion.
As Teban Gardens is still a developing area, there are only a few amenities nearby, like your typical neighbourhood hawkers and shops. Teban Gardens Food Centre is a 3-min walk away, including FairPrice and the only school nearby: Commonwealth Secondary School.
However, it is connected to the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE) so access to Jurong East and the rest of Singapore should not be much of a problem. There are also existing buses that run throughout the neighbourhood.
The star feature of this Jurong East BTO project would no doubt be the waterfront view of Pandan Reservoir, where you can also participate in several weekend activities such as fishing or prawning, jogging, cycling, kayaking, and/or rowing.

This BTO site is in a relatively less developed part of Yishun, surrounded by a whole lot of construction and greenery. That said, there are several amenities nearby; after all, Yishun is still a mature estate.
Khatib MRT is relatively close to the Yishun BTO site — about a 7-min walk away. The BTO June 2024 project is also next to Peiying Primary School and Naval Base Secondary School. There’s a Sheng Siong supermarket nearby, next to a McDonald’s, and a HomeTeam NS.

Previous BTO launches in Yishun include Miltonia Breeze @ Yishun, Vanda Breeze @ Yishun, and Aranda Breeze @ Yishun projects, which were part of the November 2022 BTO sales exercise. These projects offered a variety of unit types, including 2-room Flexi, 3-room, 4-room, and 5-room flats — similar to the unit mix offered this round.
In the BTO June 2024 launch in Yishun, the project will be integrated with an eating house (which is most likely a hawker centre), shops, a minimart, a preschool, and a senior care centre.

At the intersection Admiralty Road and Marsiling Lane lies the Woodlands project for the June 2024 BTO sale exercise — the only launch site offering 3Gen flats. Those looking for a bigger space or need to accommodate multi-generational living under one roof can look forward to this project.
This is a relatively quiet neighbourhood, located on the outskirts of Woodlands. The Woodlands North MRT station on the Thomson-East Coast line should only be a few bus stops away.
It’s close to Admiralty Park for a relaxing nature walk, as well as Admiralty Park Playground which has about 26 slides — perfect for all you parents out there looking for activities to tire your kids out so you can rest on weekends. There’s also a community club nearby and Woodlands Secondary School.
Additionally, the Old Woodlands Checkpoint is set to be demolished and integrated as an extension of the Woodlands Checkpoint, which is expected to be expanded to five times its size. Work will begin in 2025 and is targeted to be completed progressively from 2028 and fully operational by 2032. So, there’s quite a bit of growth potential here once the checkpoint is operational.

2-room flexi flats in non-mature estates like Woodlands are typically reserved for first-timer singles (aged 35 and above), so the application rate of past BTO projects in this town is higher for first-timer singles than first-timer and second-timer families.
Meanwhile, 3-room, 4-room, and 5-room or 3Gen flats are usually reserved for second-timer families as they most likely need a bigger space for new family members and/or prefer to have their parents live with them to look after their kids.
