|Household Income||2. Does your average gross monthly household income for the 12 months before your flat application not exceed $9,000?|
|Employment||3. Are you and/or your spouse/fianc√©(e) employed at the time you submitted the flat application and have been continuously employed for the 12 months prior to the flat application?|
|Home Ownership||4. Do you not own either: Private residential property (including privatised HUDC flats and ECs), house, building or land whether locally or overseas, or have disposed of any such properties in the 30 months before your new flat application?|
|Remaining Lease||5. Does the flat have a sufficient lease of 20 years or more?|
