Developed and operated in partnership with Mactan Cebu International Airport Authority (MCIAA) and the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA), the MEZ2 is a 63-hectare industrial space in Lapu-Lapu City and is now known as a major landmark and commercial area in the province of Cebu.

To date, AboitizLand has also completed as many a ten residential communities, with five more communities presently in progress in the Visayas region alone. Among these is Amoa, an award-winning 60-hectare master-planned residential development launched in 2015 in Barangay Tamiao, Compostela, Cebu. On the heels of increased take-up of houses and lots for sale in Cebu despite the pandemic, the company has now announced a second phase for 2022.

Continued innovation and expansion in Luzon
