Our service includes a consultation by our agent, financial planning (if required), registering Intent to Sell, issuing Option to Purchase (OTP), submitting resale application to HDB, conducting final inspection of the flat, and attending the HDB completion appointment with you.
Our documentation service for sellers is $1,688 +GST. The fee is fixed, regardless of the price and type of flat that you’re selling, and only payable on completion date.
