Our service includes a consultation by our agent, financial planning, assistance in completing Intent to Buy and Option to Purchase (OTP), submitting of valuation application and resale application to HDB, conducting final inspection of the flat, and attending the HDB completion appointment with you.
Our documentation service for buyers is $1,688 +GST. The fee is fixed, regardless of the price and type of flat that you intend to purchase, and only payable on completion date.
