Department: Renovation Team

Reports to: CEO and CPO

Job Overview:

The Renovations Team at Ohmyhome is a design and build renovation department that focuses on creating beautiful and functional residential (HDB, condo, landed houses) and workplace spaces. We are looking for a driven and detail oriented Sales Director to join our growing team. You’ll work closely with a team of senior designers, project managers, quantity surveyor as well as bridge between the Management and Renovations team to drive in more sales, improve on team branding and work on high end projects. 

Job Responsibilities:

❖ Acquisition of new clients and lead generation. 

❖ Networking with a wide contacts of architects, consultant firm channels for interior fit out projects. 

❖ Responsible for driving sales and achieving targets 

❖ Work closely with marketing team to improve branding of our Reno services to the market. 

❖ Responsible for creating a short and long term sales plan with the intention of achieving company objectives. 

❖ Responsible for budget and manpower management.

❖ Responsible for meeting revenue targets in accordance with team and organizational goals. 

❖ Actively looking for opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Ohmyhome services to existing customers. 

❖ Obtaining referrals from existing clientele to widen sales pipeline. 

❖ Customer centric in customer relationship management, recognizing customer needs and providing insights for improving project portfolio based on interactions and feedback from customers. 

❖ Interpreting and implementing conceptual design of the project while taking into consideration the aspects of originality and feasibility while achieving client’s requirements. 

❖ Work closely with senior designers to develop design presentations and present during client and consultant meetings. 

❖ Consistently staying in touch with industry trends and design solutions to stay informed. 

❖ Help to groom and upskill the Renovation team, hire and expand the team as necessary

Requirements and Qualifications:

❖ Min. of Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architectural or Sales related field. 

❖ 8-10 years of experience in relevant fields is preferred. 

❖ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup. 

❖ Proficiency in Adobe based softwares (Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Indesign)

❖ Proficiency in Google based softwares (Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets)

❖ Good eye for detail, color schemes and has knowledge of materials and finishes. 

❖ Possess good behavior and is able to speak English well. Additional languages and dialects like Mandarin and Hokkien is a bonus. 

❖ Able to organize and assist in helping the team to meet deadlines. 

❖ Able to coordinate and liaise with various suppliers, contractors and specialists. 

❖ Good negotiation skills 

❖ Good Leadership skills
