Regional Operations Manager

We are hiring a Regional Operations Manager as we continue to expand Ohmyhome. To excel in this role, you should have strong management skills and relevant operations experience with customer service (CS), operations and sales departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the CS and sales team and maintaining high standards for the service delivery.
  • Improve regional processes, policies, and practices so as to achieve company’s goals and ensure regional countries adhere to company-wide laid down rules and guidelines.
  • Incorporate cross department collaboration.
  • Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
  • Help improve the efficiency of support services like communication channels and IT to enhance conversion rates and attain higher customer satisfaction.
  • Plan for budgeting, reporting and execution.
  • Feedback on how the entire region functions to the management on a regular basis so as to ensure that company operations flow will be in tune.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
  • Support worker communication with the management team.
  • To assist with recruiting and training of new employees for the sales and CS teams.
  • Travel to the regional offices for training and supervision of teammates

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in driving operations/sales as well as managing a team.
  • Regional experience preferably in Malaysia, Philippines, or any SEA regions is a bonus
  • Experience in real estate/mortgage/legal/renovation knowledge preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent reporting skills
  • Excellent analytical skills and must be number/data driven.
  • Willing to travel in the region.
