Job Description: 

• Applicants must be able to draft (AutoCad) layout plans, elevations, sections and details. Update drawings based on site measurements.
• Applicants must be able to build and render 3D models (Sketchup,Enscape,Vray) from scratch and have knowledge of material applications, as well as drafting customized furniture pieces.
• Applicants must be able to take sketches from senior designers and draft it into 2D drawings or 3D models.
• Able to assist and support senior designers to produce quality work documentation which includes tender, construction drawings.
• Able to assist and support senior designers to prepare design presentations (Powerpoint/Adobe Indesign).
• Able to work independently, efficiently and communicate with senior designers and other team members 
• Able to multitask between projects and maintain server project folders neatly
• Able to attend client meetings and site meetings with team members 

Qualifications:

• Candidates must possess at least a diploma / advance higher education qualification in Architecture / Interior design or equivalent. 
• Knowledge of Interior Architectural project phases, drafting for residential and hospitality projects (from small to big scale sized projects).
• At least 2 years working experience in drafting and documentation with a portfolio sample to showcase upon interview. 
• Proficient with AutoCAD, 3D max, SketchUp with Enscape/Vray extension, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign softwares.
