Roles and Duties:

  • Capability to organize in-house events and company roadshows, which necessitate close collaboration with stakeholders and adept budgeting skills.
  • Maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring it aligns with the company’s mission, values, and target audience.
  • Ensuring seamless consistency across all marketing materials, including collaterals, online, and offline advertising. The focus will be on maintaining uniformity in color schemes, fonts, spacing, and adherence to do’s and don’ts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and strategies for various campaigns, including digital, print, social media, events and experiential initiatives
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, on-brand creative assets within established timelines and budgets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  •  For vendor and agency management, collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers when needed, ensuring their work aligns with the brand’s vision and standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
  • Ensure effective project workflows and smooth communication between team members and stakeholders.
  • Design and produce a wide range of media contents including graphics, photography, and animation for web development.
  • Ability to conceptualize and design infographics for print and digital.
  • Can work independently and coordinate with the team overseas.
  • Support the production team with videography and photography projects.
  • Works closely with various departments, understanding and addressing their specific requirements to ensure seamless collaboration and effective implementation of creative projects

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Adobe CC mainly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere
  • Bachelor Degree in Arts / Marketing or related fields
  • Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in creative and/or event management 
  • Strong portfolio of work is required
  • In-depth knowledge of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.
  • Proficient  project management tools, and other creative platforms like Canva.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative concepts and strategies.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing external creative partners and vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Essential technological skills and artistic eye for detail
