Ohmyhome is now Nasdaq-listed

As of 21st March 2023, Ohmyhome is officially a publicly-traded company listed on the Nasdaq, making history as:
- The first Singaporean company that is listed in the US in 2023
- The first women-only founded proptech company listed in the US

Establishing Ohmyhome Property Management
Ohmyhome founders Rhonda and Race Wong with Kenneth Chong of Simply Sakal.
We are proud to have officially joined forces with Simply Sakal Pte Ltd of the Simple App as Ohmyhome Property Management on October 11th 2023 to create a premier one-stop-shop property solution in Southeast Asia.
Residents of about 6,000 private residential units managed by Simply in Singapore will now be able to access Ohmyhome’s services such as property agents, renovation, cleaning, and handyman services, including property management.

On October 3rd 2023, we teamed up with eMediaLinks, who has an exclusive partnership with House.sina in North America and with the North America division of Weibo, a social behemoth in the global Mandarin-speaking community, to cater to Americans looking to invest in Singapore properties, and vice versa.

Welcoming the Hawaii state housing delegation to Ohmyhome and Singapore

We had the honor of hosting Senator Stanley Chang and his delegation consisting of policy-makers, non-profit leaders and private sector members across the United States at their Singapore Office on September 22nd 2023.
The visit aimed to explore and gain valuable insights into the Singaporean housing market, with a focus on the differences between purchasing new HDB flats, resale of HDB flats, and private properties, as well as understanding the respective market performance of each category.

On July 27th 2023, our very own Rhonda Wong was invited to join a panel discussion on “Building Trust With Our Customers” at the CNA Trust Summit to share insights on the significance of building trust with customers.
The CNA Leadership Summit was graced by inspiring individuals from various industries, from Singapore’s Minister for Culture Edwin Tong to the CEO of the National Volunteer and Philanthropy Centre Tony Soh.

Cultivating a sustainable Singapore and giving back to children in need
We had the best time meeting so many of you at the Sustainable Christmas Market on November 11th and 12th 2023, hosted by Peace of Art, to build a more sustainable Singapore and a brighter future for the Young Hearts of Red Cross.
We were able to host three booths in 2023 to introduce our proprietary homeowner dashboard, Homer AI, build mini dream homes using recycled materials with the bright minds of Singapore, and take family Christmas portraits with our very own Santa Claus and Santarinas.

Promoting property literacy with the community
The Ohmyhome team giving away free ice cream and sharing Homer AI with residents in the heartlands.
One of our highlights in 2023 was also promoting property literacy to so many, from the professionals in the CBD to the lovely residents in the heartlands and the condo developments we manage.
With Homer AI, homeowners can get real-time insights about their home, and it’s been amazing seeing the direct impact to those who are considering transacting their homes with the new information they are armed with.

Our founders Rhonda and Race brought our whole management team, both from Singapore and the Philippines, to a wellness retreat to strengthen bonds, get some well-earned rest, and plan for a better Ohmyhome.
