All meetings with our property agents about your property transactions can be conducted in person. If a potential buyer wants to view your home; they can do so physically. If they still prefer to view it remotely, they can do so with our video tours conducted by our experienced salespersons.
For Physical Home Viewings
Our salespersons will comply with contact tracing requirements, and adopt safety precautions and ensure that all persons at the activity do the same:
- Wearing of masks.
- Maintaining a physical spacing of at least one metre between persons.
- If a person who turns up for the activity is unwell (e.g. exhibits
respiratory symptoms or has a fever), our agents will ask him not to participate, and to see a doctor or return home.
No more than five persons can visit the property at any one point
in time. Such persons include our salesperson and any professionals who will assist with preparing the property for listing or virtual
viewing.
Open houses are not permitted during Phase Two as these may attract large groups of people congregating at the property.
For HDB completion appointments, our property agents are not allowed to attend but sellers and buyers can still attend.
Services at HDB Hub and Branches will continue to operate by appointment only. The HDB will contact customers to schedule appointments for critical and time-sensitive cases. Customers who wish to visit HDB Branches will be able to book an appointment from 25 June onwards, using the e-appointment system via HDB InfoWEB or Mobile@HDB app.
