Ohmyhome Expands Into Private Housing Sector On The Back Of Strong Growth

SINGAPORE, 30 May 2018 l Bent on augmenting and revolutionising the housing transaction scene, Singapore’s leading proptech company Ohmyhome is set to enter the private residential sector and introduce its suite of services and technological features for private homes transactions. With the expansion, Ohmyhome will soon offer smart solutions and simplify housing transactions for all home owners and searchers in Singapore. The private market resale portal is expected to be launched later this year. As a first step, Ohmyhome will market the Affinity at Serangoon, starting from today.

Ohmyhome is breaking into this market on the wings of its strong and phenomenal growth in the past 20 months, where it has helped simplify over 1,000 HDB housing transactions with a combined value of more than S$500 million.

Ohmyhome markets Affinity at Serangoon

Ohmyhome has been officially appointed by Oxley Serangoon Pte Ltd as one of the sales agencies for Affinity. A vital aspect of the developer’s marketing strategy, Ohmyhome will focus heavily on digital marketing. Project information will be showcased on Ohmyhome’s mobile app and website, and shared with the company’s user base through electronic mailers.

Differentiating itself from the norm, Ohmyhome will provide comprehensive and wholesome end-to-end service to customers without any sales commission or service fees, coupled with added incentives including exclusive discounts and viewings. Unlike conventional agencies, Ohmyhome will also take on the role to showcase similar projects to customers, providing unbiased comparisons to help them reach an optimal decision. The first in the industry, Ohmyhome will also provide buyers with regular updates on the progress of the development. This will be particularly advantageous for buyers anxious about the current status of their homes, especially if they are based overseas. Additionally, the innovative app features on Ohmyhome will be made available for the buyers and sellers to use once the development is complete.

Ohmyhome executed an initial rollout of this service with Parksuites and Forestwoods projects earlier this year, and have other projects lined up, to be revealed within the next two months.
