- Market and sell all the residential products of our partner developers
- Prospect clients, negotiate, and close sales.
- Conduct training and coaching to Sales Executive regularly.
- Supervise the Sales Executive to ensure the target quota will be met.
- Ensure the complete number of Sales Executive at all times
- Submit periodic sales reports and performance updates to the Head of Sales
- Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Business or any related field.
- With 5 years experience in Sales preferably in the real estate industry.
- At least 3 years experience in a managerial role.
- Flexible, analytical, and willing to extend working hours.
- With good oral and written communications skills.
- Licensed Real Estate Broker (REB) is an advantage but not required.
- Willing to work in Quezon City.
