JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Market and sell all the residential products of our partner developers
• Prospect clients, negotiate, and close sales.
• Conduct training and coaching to Sales Executive regularly.
• Supervise the Sales Executive to ensure the target quota will be met.
• Ensure the complete number of Sales Executive at all times
• Submit periodic sales reports and performance updates to the Head of Sales

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree in Business or any related field.
• With 5 years experience in Sales preferably in the real estate industry.
• At least 3 years experience in a managerial role.   
• Flexible, analytical, and willing to extend working hours.
• With good oral and written communications skills.
• Licensed Real Estate Broker (REB) is an advantage but not required.
• Willing to work in Quezon City.
