However, a common caveat with homes for sale in Metro Manila and similar areas is that they can be expensive and, because of the lack of developable land, often modest in size. As more infrastructure projects are completed and transportation and technology continue to advance, homes located outside major cities will be worth considering, and investing now puts you at an advantage both in terms of price and simply being ahead.
