Mah Sing Group Berhad (Mah Sing) will be unveiling Southville City’s first community-friendly recreation park dubbed, “Summit Park” in March of this year.
The 9.62-acre attraction, which complies with the international safety standards certified by the Playground Safety Association of Malaysia (PSAM), will be considered a pioneer public park playground in Malaysia and will act as a ‘green sanctuary’ for the community of Southville City in KL South.
Summit Park will be equipped with covered and open picnic areas furnished to offer al-fresco dining experiences scattered throughout the park. Additionally, the playground area will be one of the largest public park playgrounds in the state, spanning over 800 square meters. It will also offer a meditation area and over 20 different outdoor gyms parcourse facilities equipped for outdoor workout and meditation sessions.
Summit Park will also have the Summit View Point, with a panoramic view overlooking the whole green space. All areas of Summit Park will be linked with a 1.2km looped pedestrian path for strolling, jogging and cycling activities
Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong Hoy Kum, Founder and Group Managing Director of Mah Sing said that Summit Park, which is scheduled for its official unveiling in the first half of 2020 is not only limited to residents of Southville City alone, but is open for the public to enjoy as well.

The completion of the Summit Park is also timely to cater to the growing population within the vicinity as it straddles across matured neighbourhoods such as Bangi, Kajang, Nilai, Seremban, Semenyih, Dengkil, and Sepang.”
Key features of Summit Park include a walkway, bicycle lane, pavilion, playground, picnic area, multipurpose lawn, meditation area, summit view point, outdoor fitness station, reflexology walk, bicycle rack, public toilet, public parking, and many others.
