Responsibilities:

  • Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new projects and services.
  • Sells products by implementing national sales plans.
  • Hands-on supervision of the entire Sales team from selling to operations.
  • Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
  • Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand.
  • Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
  • Maintains staff job results by counseling employees.
  • Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.

Requirements:

  • With at least 7 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance
  • Experience in running sales teams
  • Hands-on experience in selling to clients
  • Experienced in handling projects from a wide range of property price segments
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Building, Property management from local Polytechnics or University will be an added advantage.
