Responsibilities:
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new projects and services.
- Sells products by implementing national sales plans.
- Hands-on supervision of the entire Sales team from selling to operations.
- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
- Implements sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand.
- Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results.
- Maintains staff job results by counseling employees.
- Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results.
Requirements:
- With at least 7 years of experience in the Real Estate industry
- Proven track record of successful sales performance
- Experience in running sales teams
- Hands-on experience in selling to clients
- Experienced in handling projects from a wide range of property price segments
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Building, Property management from local Polytechnics or University will be an added advantage.
