Job Description:

  • Finding top talent that exemplifies the company culture.
  • Recruit Tech talent amongst other roles in Singapore and India.
  • Develop and maintain talent management processes.
  • Develops and implements effective and efficient recruiting strategies.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within the Company.
  • Conducts intake meetings with the team leader or the hiring manager to discuss the position, the ideal candidate, and processes for the search.
  • Interviews candidates as requested by hiring managers and all finalist candidates as selected.
  • Provides verbal and/or written feedback regarding candidates to the team leader or hiring managers.
  • Administering compensation and benefit plans.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, such as the required time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Review and make appropriate recommendations on policies and employment terms.
  • Present and communicate findings through clarity in the delivery of messages.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
  • Partner and influence business leaders to drive performance-oriented work culture.
  • Build a collaborative and trusting personal relationship with key stakeholders, anticipate business needs and implement appropriate initiatives.
  • Workforce profile to increase efficiencies for long-term business growth.
  • Support and facilitate talent development.
  • Building collaborative relationships and synergies with the HR teams in the Regional headquarter.
  • Develop solutions on key people levers of retention and morale.
  • Manpower planning and assess the future needs of the business.
  • Develop leadership capability through coaching and mentoring & enabling.
  • Supervisors to be effective People Managers.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual headcount report to HQ for tracking of employee turnover, absenteeism, diversity, etc.
  • Prepare and manage HR budget, working closely with Finance on variance and forecasting of people cost.
  • Monitor employee morale and company culture.
  • Maintaining a good talent pipeline.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Utilizes contemporary recruiting and sourcing tools such as job boards, social media, resume databases, and search engines to identify active and passive candidates.
  • Ensures that all recruiting processes are documented, consistent and efficient.
  • Generates and maintains a pipeline of diverse qualified candidates organized by skill set for current and future opportunities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll information.
  • Create a career growth plan for identified employees.
  • Organize learning opportunities for teammates.
  • Connect the company to a network of companies for business partnership opportunities.
  • Performs other functions that may be assigned by the direct Manager.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 8 years of experience in HR and Talent Management with a good understanding of the labor market and labor regulations.
  • Experienced in Tech (priority) and Marketing (secondary) hires.
  • Have a solid, proven HR background, with experience in at least two major regions, e.g., SEA, India.
  • Startup experience is a bonus.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with strategic orientation and business acumen.
  • Strong Influencing and Presentation Skills.
  • Strong collaborative abilities with different parts of the organization; within and outside the geography.
  • Work independently with minimal input and a determined self-starter.
  • Process-driven and ability to deliver results on the ground.
  • Willing to offer ideas and creativity where improvements can be made.
  • Good in MS Office Applications and knowledge of any HR Software.
  • Having a good command of the English language and any other language.
