Clavon is bringing homes with maximised spaces for remote workers just in time for Christmas. The new joint venture by UOL Group and United Industrial Corp (UIC) is being hailed as a ‘next-gen’ condo, incorporating flexi-spaces into effective layouts. The 640-unit, 99-year leasehold condo was unveiled late last month and is scheduled to launch on 12 December 2020.

You can find Clavon on Clementi Avenue 1, near The Clement Canopy, another joint development by UOL and UIC. The successful performance of the 505-unit, 99-year leasehold condo, entirely sold and completed last year, proved the location to be a prime residential area.
Clavon bid for the 178,064 sq ft site in July 2019, found near an educational hub. Elite institutions such as the National University of Singapore (NUS), Yale-NUS College Campus, NUS High School of Mathematics and Science, as well as Nan Hua Secondary School are within the vicinity of the new development.
