The permissible group size went from five to two in a matter of days as more Covid-19 cases were reported. This cap also extends to two household visitors per day.
Singapore’s multi-ministry task force on Covid-19 also requested for the public to seriously limit their overall number of social gatherings to not more than two a day, be it meeting friends or relatives in a public place.
This new Covid-19 rule, along with others, will take effect from 16 May 2021 until 13 June 2021.
