Revised “Full Agent Service” Fee Structure
From 1st February 2018, Ohmyhome introduced its revised Full Agent Service fee structure. Now, HDB flats that transact from $600,000 onwards has an agent service fee of $3,888. However, the fee for HDB flats that transact below $600,000 remains unchanged at $2,888.
This additional tier to the agent fee structure is because agents spend more time, money, and effort in transacting bigger properties. The revised fee structure ensures that Ohmyhome’s agent services maintain an uncompromising quality, while still remaining affordable for customers.
