Who is eligible to join?
ELITE is open to everyone interested in real estate sales. To qualify for the ELITE Network program
1. Click on ‘Start Free’ or ‘Join Now’ and follow the steps
2. Receive an email to verify your account. You will be asked to submit one (1) valid government ID and/or a copy of your PRC License/CPD.
3. Once your submitted documents are reviewed, you will be given your own account on the ELITE Network portal.

3. Sales Agents: have a friend who wants to buy a property and needs professional advice and viewings? A sales agent will be dispatched to serve your customer or friend with choosing and securing the right property.

You may browse our projects through the official ELITE Network Portal which you will be given access to once you become a verified member.
Ohmyhome will assist you every step of the way. Our Sales Agents will assist you from project presentation kits and sample computations to site tripping schedules and sales documents processing. All you need to do is to close the sale.
ELITE brings you the power of technology to harness your full potential as a seller. As a member, you have access to project information from multiple developers, a strong network in the real estate industry, and a chance to earn incentives through direct sales, team sales, or even referrals.
You can still earn a maximum of 1.5% worth of incentive as an ELITE referral partner by simply referring a client to us.
Incentive payouts for referral partners are done through checks addressed to your name or via bank transfer.

ELITE sellers can sell all units from developer brands and property types available on Ohmyhome. This includes ready-for-occupancy and preselling houses and lots, townhouses, and condos for sale.
The ELITE Network Portal will be launched on April 20, 2022.
Incentives for Referral partners will vary from each project. The maximum incentive rate of 3% is only applicable to ELITE Sellers who are able to close their sales directly with their clients.
