Account deletion request

Steps:

  1. Send an email request to elite@ohmyhome.com regarding the deletion of your account. The requested account email to be deleted should match the email of the requester

  2. You will receive an email confirmation once your account is deleted (May take up to 3 working days)

Upon deletion of account:

  • All of your account data will be permanently deleted

  • You will lose access to all the data you have shared with myElite

  • You will stop receiving marketing emails from myElite
