Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving brand awareness, user acquisition and growth through digital, traditional and non-traditional channels to create viral growth.
- Create and execute marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Work with the marketing team to deliver quality results on time, and support the company’s key initiatives including KPIs and OKRs.
- Expert in Facebook marketing.
- Work with consumer lifecycle team to enhance engagement, retention and loyalty of consumers segments.
- Must have strong team management skills and attention to detail.
- Savvy with google sheets or excel for reporting to management purposes.
- Experience in putting together physical and virtual events.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience in Marketing with 2-3 years experience in leading a team
- Possess at least a Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing
- Results driven, consumer centric and obsessed with business impact and growth
- Familiar with the CRM platform.
- Data-driven thinking
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix, from digital advertising to buying of non-traditional media and guerrilla tactics
- Has a sense of urgency with strong prioritization and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills, good communication capabilities and people skills
- Ability to work under pressure and with a rapid turnaround time
- Experience working with e-commerce, real estate or start ups is a plus
- Hands-on, hardworking, and motivated to be part of the success of growing a business
