Job Description:
- Responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of candidates/specialists to fill various positions including Technical positions
- Develop and maintain talent management processes.
- Develops and implements effective and efficient recruiting strategies.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
- Conducts intake meetings with the team leader or the hiring manager to discuss the position, the ideal candidate, and processes for the search.
- Ensures that all recruiting processes are documented, consistent and efficient.
- Generates and maintains a pipeline of diverse qualified candidates organized by skill set for current and future opportunities.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, or Human Resources Management.
- Preferably with at least 3 years of work experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience in hiring Technical positions will be an advantage.
- Above Average Communications Skills.
- Self-starter and collaborative.
- Can handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Can start immediately.
