Job Description:

  • Responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of candidates/specialists to fill various positions including Technical positions
  • Develop and maintain talent management processes.
  • Develops and implements effective and efficient recruiting strategies.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Conducts intake meetings with the team leader or the hiring manager to discuss the position, the ideal candidate, and processes for the search.
  • Ensures that all recruiting processes are documented, consistent and efficient.
  • Generates and maintains a pipeline of diverse qualified candidates organized by skill set for current and future opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, or Human Resources Management.
  • Preferably with at least 3 years of work experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Experience in hiring Technical positions will be an advantage.
  • Above Average Communications Skills.
  • Self-starter and collaborative.
  • Can handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Can start immediately.
