Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Executive – Property Management to support our Singapore Property Management team. While experience in Singapore MCST accounting is an advantage, candidates with strong backgrounds in property management, condominium, real estate, or building administration accounting are highly encouraged to apply.
The role will focus on full set accounting, billing, collections, arrears monitoring, and administrative finance support for managed properties. Training on Singapore MCST-specific processes will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle accounting and administrative functions for assigned property management portfolios
- Maintain and prepare full set of accounts
- Prepare invoices, statements of accounts, and billing schedules
- Monitor collections and conduct arrears management follow-ups
- Coordinate with site administrators, property officers, and operations teams for supporting documents and financial records
- Process payments and assist in managing company and client bank transactions
- Prepare account reconciliations and financial reports
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions
- Support month-end closing and audit requirements
- Assist the Singapore property management team with finance-related administrative tasks
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures and deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or equivalent
- At least 1–2 years of accounting experience in:
- MCST accounting
- Property management
- Condominium administration
- Real estate accounting
- Building management
- Facilities management
- Or similar industries
- Experience handling:
- Full set accounts
- Billing and collections
- Accounts receivable/payable
- Arrears monitoring and follow-ups
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willing to support and collaborate with a Singapore-based team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting multiple properties or portfolios
- Exposure to property-related accounting systems
- Experience working with international or Singapore-based clients is an advantage
- Knowledge of GST, service charge billing, or property dues is a plus
