Frontend Developer (Web & Mobile) – PropTech

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to lead the development of intuitive, high-performance digital experiences across web and mobile platforms in the PropTech space.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how users search, buy, sell, and manage properties, working closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless and scalable solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain responsive, high-performance web and mobile applications
• Translate UI/UX designs into clean, scalable, and reusable code
• Lead frontend architecture decisions and drive best practices
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver features end-to-end
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and accessibility
• Ensure consistency across platforms using design systems and component libraries
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and team standards
• Continuously improve development workflows, tools, and processes

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of frontend development experience
• Strong proficiency in:
  • React / Next.js (or similar frameworks)
  • JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript
  • HTML5, CSS3 (or Tailwind / SCSS)
• Experience building mobile applications (React Native, Flutter, or similar)
• Solid understanding of:
  • Responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
  • API integration (REST / GraphQL)
  • State management (Redux, Zustand, etc.)
• Experience with performance optimization and debugging
• Familiarity with design systems and component-driven development
• Strong understanding of Git and modern CI/CD workflows

Nice to Have

• Experience in PropTech, FinTech, or marketplace platforms
• Knowledge of maps, geolocation, or property data visualization
• Experience integrating AI-powered features (e.g., recommendations, valuation tools)
• Familiarity with Webflow, CMS platforms, or SEO-friendly frontend practices
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
