Responsible for the day to day commercial operations of the MCST building / development.
Supervise and coordinate all commercial operations and administrative staff assigned to the building / development.
Carry out all commercial management functions to the highest standard expected for the client and the subsidiary proprietors.
Lead a team of personnel in providing commercial leasing, tenancy management, finance, security, fire safety and car park management.
Ensure all contract works / routine servicing are carried out accordingly as specified in their contract agreement.
Review all commercial contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation / tender.
Coordinate council meetings and general meetings as well as commercial stakeholders' meetings.
Manage tenancy matters including lease negotiations, tenant relations, and rental collections.
Monitor commercial unit occupancy and develop strategies to maximize rental income.
Any other duties as assigned by the Management.
