Full-Time Employment (Onsite – Quezon City)
Work Location: Onsite in Quezon City

Work Setup: Supporting Singapore-based operations
Work Schedule Coverage (SGT):
- Shift-based within 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM, including weekends
- One shift per day (e.g., 9:00 AM–6:00 PM or 12:00 PM–9:00 PM)
- One rest day per week
Probation Period:
- 6 months total
- Performance review conducted during the 5th month

Role Overview
As a What This Role Is About?
You will be the first person seller leads talk to.
Your job is to:
* Call inbound property sellers
* Check if they are serious and ready to sell
* Gather key property details
* Book appointments for our Super Agents
*** This is NOT customer service. This is a sales conversion role. Your performance directly affects revenue.
*** You will NOT Sell properties, Negotiate prices, Give valuation advice, Give legal or financial advice, Handle general customer support
What You’ll Do
1️. Qualify Seller Leads (Main Task) Contact inbound seller leads via Phone, WhatsApp, Email
2. Book Appointments
3. Manage CRM & Pipeline (HubSpot)
4. Follow up undecided sellers
Requirements
At least 2 years in telemarketing, inside sales, or lead qualification
Experience working in Singapore (current or past)
Strong English (clear speaking voice for calls)
Comfortable handling calls + WhatsApp + CRM at the same time
Good judgment (not overly dependent on scripts)
Comfortable using CRM and digital tools
Bonus If You Have
Background in real estate, insurance, telco, or consulting
Experience using HubSpot
Can speak Mandarin or other languages
