Web & Graphic Designer

The Role

As a Web & Graphic Designer, you will be the primary visual storyteller for our brand, with a strong focus on designing and optimizing responsive websites. You’ll take concepts from wireframes to polished, interactive websites using tools like Figma. While your core focus will be web design, you will also support the brand with compelling graphics for digital and print. Your work will shape our online presence, enhance user experience, and strengthen our visual identity.

Key Responsibilities

Web Design (60%)

-Design and prototype responsive, user-centric websites, landing pages, and ecommerce sites using Figma.

-Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate translation of designs into functional web pages.

-Conduct website updates, refreshes, and A/B tests to improve UX and conversion rates.

-Ensure all web design is optimized for speed, scalability, and SEO best practices.

-Stay up to date with web design trends, tools, and UX best practices.

-Nice to have: Experience with Webflow (understanding layouts, interactions, and light custom code).

Graphic Design (40%)

-Create digital assets such as social media graphics, email templates, digital ads, infographics, and presentations.

-Design print materials like brochures, flyers, business cards, and promotional items as needed.

-Maintain and evolve the brand identity across all platforms.

-Edit and retouch images for digital and print use, using both traditional design tools and AI-powered tools.

General

-Manage multiple projects from concept through delivery while meeting deadlines.

-Present and articulate design concepts to internal teams and stakeholders.

-Stay current with the latest design trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
