We're seeking a talented Videographer/Video Editor with a strong background in multimedia design to join our team and help us bring our creative vision to life.
Job Description:
As a Videographer/Video Editor at Ohmyhome, you will play a crucial role in creating captivating visual content that engages our audience and communicates our brand's message effectively. You'll be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing video content while leveraging your expertise in multimedia design to enhance the visual appeal.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Video Production: Plan and execute video shoots, including setting up equipment, framing shots, and capturing high-quality footage.
2. Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling video content, ensuring seamless transitions, audio quality, and visual effects.
3. Multimedia Design: Apply your knowledge of multimedia design principles to create visually stunning graphics, animations, and motion graphics that enhance video content.
4. Storytelling: Collaborate with the Video Creative Director and marketing team to develop engaging narratives and storyboards for video projects.
5. Technical Expertise: Stay updated on industry trends and software/tools related to video editing and multimedia design.
6. Quality Control: Maintain high standards for video and multimedia quality, ensuring content aligns with our brand's visual identity.
7. Collaboration: Work directly with the Creative Video Director, with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content creators, to achieve project goals.
8. Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
9. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper care and maintenance of video and multimedia equipment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your multimedia design skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects) and multimedia design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Solid understanding of videography techniques, lighting, and audio recording.
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry trends and a passion for staying up-to-date with new multimedia technologies.
